Interview podcast series with authors of the JEPP Special Issue on EU Climate and Energy Governance in Times of Crisis

In September 2019, the GOVTRAN network organised a workshop in Rome, following a call for papers on Climate and Energy Governance and the Future of Europe.

During the 2 day workshop, a group of scholars presented their article concepts and worked together to improve each others’ work. This workshop then lead to a full Special Issue in the Journal of European Public Policy on Climate and Energy Governance in Times of Crisis  to be published in 2021.
In light of the recent news that our Special Issue is now undergoing the final edits before becoming public, we look back at this first workshop and premiere interviews that Bradlie Luisa Ana Martz-Sigala conducted with 9 of the workshop participants. The scholars discuss their research topics ranging from populism, to energy governance to European election behaviour and European identity in relation to EU’s climate and policy governance in turbulent times. Short stimulating titbits to be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee and cake, during your commute to the office (if you are going further than to your kitchen) or on your afternoon stroll.
